Feed Data to RTL1090 From RTLSDR (rtltcp) / Raspberry Pi

Is there method for patching the TCP/IP feed to RTL1090 ?

Ive got SDR# working fine using the RTLSDR , starting
with PuTTY and using the rtl_tcp -a 192.xxx.x.xxx command.
and using SDR# flawlessly - with that setup.

But Im not getting the knack of feeding the RTL1090,

What am I missing? anyone running this with success?

Never used it but I thought RTL1090 was a standalone app - it controls the dongle rather than sdr# being necessary?

Not controlling with SDR#.
the setup works with SDR#, but not with RTL1090.

RaspberryPi3 is running standalone, I can access the SmartSDR Stick
thru linux terminal and PuTTY. All over ethernet on my home network.

Im trying to point the RTL1090 to the Pi3 so it can connect to the SDR
and take control.
But its showing No device found.
