"Feed down" e-mail

I have been getting an e-mail every morning at 3:17 am saying that my feed is down. The feed is not down, I can go to the feed page and it shows online, and I can listen to it.

hi there, mine is the same although i dont think it went down as 2 people are currently connected to it. it notified me on the 3 Sept. 09 at 0421 CDT and has yet to resend an email saying its back up, although it is up anyway?

I got one at 5:18 Eastern today and one a week or two ago at the same time. I checked and it was marked as online and audio was coming through. As it happened, my power went out earlier, and when the computer came back on and the feed reconnected, I got an e-mail saying it was back up after the extended downtime (even though it had only gone off for about three minutes when the power went out).
