I know there've been many discussions about scanner-friendly, and scanner-UNfriendly agencies, but today I happened across one of the "friendliest" agencies I've heard of yet, the Boulder County, Colorado, Sheriff's Office. Take a look at this page.
Not only do they list some of their radio codes, and their primary frequencies, but they go that two better by
1) Linking to their own law & fire feed, "Listen to the Green Channel and Red1" which comes via RadioReference, and
2) by inviting comments from online listeners, "If you like this service send us an email". I'm giving them a listen and will definitely let them know how much that kind of service and openness is appreciated, even by folks like me who aren't even stakeholders of theirs.
Any other agencies that provide this kind of service (online feeds, specifically)?
