Feed interupted

Hi Guys,
Im having trouble with my feed being constant and i cannot find out why.

Tried using Win10 Pro the feed disconnected every night , I put it down to windows defender, so I stopped that , but feed still disconnected and froze the computer.

Since changed to Win 7 Pro, has disconnected a couple of times but not frozen computer.
i cannot use XP as I am using that for Selcall and Pager (If I do, the screaming of the Pager comes thru on the feed)..

Make sure on your COM port that the box that says shut down to save power is not checked and take away the SLEEP and Hibernate.
