Feed is repeating audio

[Res21cue]

Hi All. Last night I just happened to check my online feed (Pictou County Public Safety) in Nova Scotia, Canada and it was at 0 listeners which is very odd

When I opened the feed to listen to it; it immediately started playing something that was about 4 hours old.

I closed it; opened it again and same thing, it started over in the same spot that was 4 hrs old.

This happened a few months ago to.

Any ideas what is happening here?

I Restarted ProScan and all is well now but why would this happen, and happen without warning

Perhaps your internet connection became interrupted somehow or your machine ran low on system resources? A few possibilities
