Feed links hacked?

I'm trying to listen to the Chicago Police feed on Winamp, but everytime I open it up, it leads me to a random audio file of a bizarre call of a group of kids that allegedly threw a fake penis at someone's house. The description of the file says "Broadcastify - Cleburn 20160614" Is it a glitch? Same thing happens to Windows Media Player files, as well as links to other feeds.

I use the HTML5 Web Player through Google Chrome and have never had any problems.

The "fake penis" call is still playing in a loop on some of the LAPD feeds and this one: K6MWT 147.4350 MHz Los Angeles Renegade Repeater. It's only a problem when using the Windows Media Player option. HTML5 Web Player and Flash works fine.
