I'm having the same issue. Counter is showing 0 and I have listeners logged on.

Here is what happened during yesteday's feed listener stuck process:
It looks like our feed stats process was timing out downloading stats from two of the relays due to a built in 30 sec default timeout for the download process. This is due to the growth in the number of feeds, which means more stats to gather and download. The end result is that we never updated total feed stats since this cropped up at around 12:00 noon today.
We have adjusted the timeout setting and that has resolved the issue.
