Feed Problem Report

I recieved an email from a user itstaff.

The contents of the email are:

User itstaff has reported a problem with your feed.

Feed Description: Montgomery Yard - CSX, A&WP, Dothan, M&M, and S&NA South Substations
Problem: Audio Does Not Match Description
Details: I think that this feed is listed in the wrong state. I beleave it is supposed to be under GA as there is a montgomery county near atlanta. Just wanted to check.

What is the appropiate way to respond to this email? I didn't know if I could just reply to it or if I should direct comments to someone in particular.

You cant reply to the email its self as it will just come back to us. See if the user accepts PM and try that.

OK, I can't find a user named itstaff but I did reply to the email.
