Feed Provider/Premium Subscription

I noticed just now.. Are the feed providers not premuim subscribers automatically anymore? I tried to access a premium portion of the DB tonight and it told me my subscription had expired but I'm a feed provider...Does anyone know what the problem is or has anything changed?

Feed has to be "online" in order to receive premium.
