Feed Provider Subscription

Hello,

I feed 2 conventional feeds and was looking to add a calls feed. When I went to download the CSV file of my local P25 system I was told I can not do that as I am no longer a premium subscriber? But my RR and BCFY profile both show I am a premium subscriber. I am very confused

As an update, I can no longer access 'MyBCFY' to view my feeds it says I need a premium subscription aswell.

Were you actively streaming when you tried to access the premium subscription benefits? In the past, you lost the benefits the second you interrupted the broadcast. Can't say whether that is still the case but it may be.

Yes, I have 2 regular feeds going, I applied to start a calls feed today and thats when the problems started. I did send an email to support just curious if any other providers have run into this issue.

An update on this, I have to listen to ads now on my OWN feeds, I hope this is just a simple system glitch and they did not remove this very nice benefit that they have given feed providers.

I'm a feed provider and I'm not having a problem like that. This probably won't help, but go to broadcastify.com and verify that you are logged in. I only hear the ads when my login times out after x number of days. When I log back in, the ads go away.

I can confirm I am logged in. I used to have a green star next to my user name on BCFY and it would say premium on the forums here. Both references to that are gone now. I did put a support ticket in but I know they are busy so I am just patiently awaiting a resolution
