Feedback issue

I have Vonage VoIP and just started to broadcast my first live audio frequency today. I am experiencing feedback when I pick up the phone and press talk. The vocals I put into the phone come back through the computer speakers. Any ideas how to correct?

I've been feeding for years (shoutcast until ScanAmerica and RR) and been using Vonage for almost as long. I have never had that kind of problem.
When I was using Shoutcast and had 5 or 6 clients connected, my outbound Vonage audio would get choppy, having a single stream outbound solved that problem.
Make sure that your ports are not overlapping.
