Feedback wanted on SC230

I currently have a Pro 97 and am thinking about updating to a Uniden SC230. Does anyone have any feedback on the SC230? I also want to "clone" from pc to scanner what software is best to use? Thanks!

Time out...SC230 isn't an upgrade to the Pro-97. SC230 doesn't have trunking.

SC230 has a unique memory management system that isn't dependent on channel banks.

Pro-97 is the way to go ... unless you don't need trunking.
