Fees for Joining Statewide System???

Does anyone have any info on the fees charged to 3rd party agencies looking to join the statewide system in CO, or any other statewide system for that matter?

Info from experience, or if you could point me to any published articles on the web citing fees charged, that would be great!

I know that here in Michigan, there are fees for each radio, for every year it's used. This fee is for system and radio maintenance, but that is all I know of. However, some counties do charge fees for "buying into their system" for around $250,000.00 and higher for each agency, per year in some cases.
