FEMA awards Kent Co. FD's money for radio upgrades

Grand Rapids, Walker, Plainfield Township, Wyoming, and Kentwood FD's to receive radio upgrades. Sounds like they will be digital. Wonder if they'll be on the MPSCS system?

Guys I imagine its just a few motorolas that can with a switch on top go back-forth between their analog to the digital so they can do the interoperability thing. Seen these radios in the past that can do it is all.
