I was listening to 409.8625 (which is listed in the CHM inauguration edition as the alternate FEMA/NCR alternate channel) and it seemed to be getting interference from a FM signal. The FEMA/NCR (or whatever they are) transmissions continued as normal in P25 mode with various security reports while the FM signal cut in on several occasions with a vocie saying "testing, testing" and "go around to the beds and see if everyone has what they need." Was this another radio user mistakenly using the same frequency?
