I have a PCTEL Model ASPR7495 1/4 Wave Antenna that covers 150 - 512 mz. Can I cut it down in order to receive 155 & 460 mz? If I can, what length? Thank you!

Nothing to tune. Both your frequencies are inside the advertised bandwidth of the antenna.

Its a cut to frequency 1/4 antenna, not a multiband. However, if you cut it to about 18" it will resonate around 155MHz as a 1/4 wave and also provide a good match at 3X the frequency which would cover 460MHz range.

The radiation pattern at 460 will not be the best but it will work.
