Fights and more fights - VECC Ops 4

Anyone know what is going on in the SL Valley today that has attracted a huge rowdy crowd of people? Within the past 20 minutes heard at least three gang fights, car windows being broken, and about four arrests. It sounds like WVC are the officers on scene.

Comms are being carried on UCAN site 3, VECC Ops 4, TG 20896.

The dispatcher just asked if the officers on scene wanted help from the Grantsville PD.

This sounds like it could be some kind of concert or something at USANA arena. Earlier one of the LEOs at the event stated that they were running about 30 minutes late and probably would not finish up until 2200 hours.

Right now they are trying to verify a report of a sexual assault. Things are really wild, whatever it is. Lots of noise in the background whenever they key up their radios.

It's a rap festival sponsored by radio station U92.

Sounds like they are also using VECC Ops 3 as well. Gates opened at 1:00 pm so this was an all day event. Sgt. are also requesting grave yard units respond to Usana on WV Main.

One of the LEOs at the event just informed their dispatcher (which has been dedicated to this TG all evening) that the event is now over. You can stand by for more "fun and games" if the things happening during show was any indicator.
