Files to save when updating Version

What files should be saved when updating to latest Version of Unitrunker so that I don't have to start
from scratch (Channels, TGs, etc. ) again ?

The installer places the program in your program files folder and creates a Start menu shortcut that assumes the data is in your %APPDATA% folder. If you normally run the program from the start menu, everything will be where it is expected when you upgrade.

In other words, under normal circumstances, you don't need to take any special steps to upgrade.
