Ok so this antenna let me get this right "film mode" so what if I'm watching sitcoms,local news and or sports. Am I out of luck lol?

I had never saw it or even known it existed I googled kramer police scanner randomly.. I wonder if kramer has to deal with enc? Rca antenna to rescue it even decodes encryption. If you find the episode Secret Code let us radio geeks here know a link or what streaming platform has it.
