EDIT: Finally figured out if I have the Lacombe RCAG (126.875) and New Orleans RCAG (126.350) setup with NO delay I can hear both ATC and the pilots and I'm happy now lol 
Okay I'm finally hearing Houston Center on the Lacombe RCAG (Raised my antenna approx. 1 1/2 feet and now coming in clear as a bell didn't even hear them before this) now I could hear the ATC but no air traffic, soon as he advised the pilot to switch to another freq. I tuned over and could hear the pilot but not ATC (I expected that) but now what's up with the Lacombe RCAG?
Before it was I could hear the pilots but not ATC and now it's reversed! :lol:
