SDS100/SDS200: Finding ESN/SUB #

I'm trying to purchase a DMR key for my SDS100. I've done this before with my 536 and 200 with no problem. I'd registered the scanner when I first bought over a year ago the serial # is showing on the left side of the registration page. In red letters I'm told the following:

* You MUST enter a valid ESN to be able to Purchase an Upgrade key.

Where is the ESN # located? I tried entering my serial # but its not letting me put in the last #. I read somewhere you get this off the box but that's long gone.
I also got the SN from scanner itself under Scanner Info in the menu. I replaced the 260 # with the letter Z but still can't put that last # in??

Press MENU (Lower half of button on left side of scanner} > Scroll to Settings > Press E > Scroll to See Scanner Information > Press E > Scroll to Firmware Version > Press E > ESN is on bottom line > Press AVOID to exit menus.

Just figured it out. The first 5 numbers of the SN were already there grayed out above where the you put in the next 9 numbers then the 3 digit sub. Thanks tvengr for the response.

That has tripped many people up. Glad you figured it out.

You can’t use the Uniden America website for E version upgrades.
