Have you tried searching the RRDB here for the frequencies that you are looking for?

You can also search the FCC database ..

i like searching the FCC database. Go here-> http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/genmen/index.hts and try the State/County search to get a list of everyone with a FCC license in your area. There are other search ranges and it's a great way to find out lots of information.

I will add my welcome to the others. Might I suggest that the link provided by Steve (cellblock776), although useful, is fairly difficult to get detailed results in an intutive manner. It is the older method of using the FCC DB. Try this FCC Link instead which leads to the Advanced Search Engine for the ULS section of the FCC Database. But as Crayon suggests, first look here on the site by clicking that link at the top of the page where it says RR Database.
