Go right to the horses mouth. That page appears to be scraped off the FCC ASR page, which gives you more information. Take the registration number (either off that page, or the ASR page) and put it into the appropriate field in the FCC Site Search page and it will bring up all the appropriately licensed users of that site, that listed that ASR on their license app.
