Findlay City talk groups?

I live in Findlay and just upgraded to a pro 106 and used to have a pro 97.

just wondering I used to get the city plow trucks and water dept and other city departments. On talk groups 1200 848 880 912 and so on but now that they upgraded to the MARCS I don't seem to be getting them? Are they encrypted? I get the SO and the OSP. Just wondering for any help would be appreciated. Also now that I can't listen to the city PD. Dose anyone know if the DNR is unencrypted so i can listen to them if so please let me know again thanks for your time

All of Findlay including Street and Water Departments are on MARCS, you can find their talkgroups listed in the MARCS database listing.

If you are referring to Ohio DNR, all of their Enforcement talkgroups are encrypted, but their maintenance talkgroups are in the clear.
