Findlay Police Yesterday

I was listening yesterday to my scanner and the City Police were using Tact 1 and were saying suspect had a gun. Were basically doing hostage situations as other situations. Was this all training or was it all for real. Let me know.

Also, what about todays paper about Medcorp and Hanco having issues? Thoughts?
