The channels are on the main page of the ksics updates. they were recently posted by radio reference. I do not know how to update or upload. Radio reference should just post these on the garden city, finney county kansas list of downloadable freqs. I tried to program 996xt and it loaded old stuff. so i manually installed reband in scanner.so please post the newly liscensed rebanded frequencies. see below if this works. i dont know if all KSICS is rebanded but FINNEY COUNTY is using reband and new Freqs.
