Fire crews stand back from fire in Mercer County

I heard on the scanner the fire crew pulled back because of a large propane tank and people were mad the roads were shutdown, someone was calling 911 repeatedly and cussing, there were problems with intoxicated people,and they had to send a couple state troopers....
