For when i organize the banks on my psr 500, my question is how do most of you have the regions organized in ur banks, is it smart ot have all the regions in one bank, or is fire so busy that transmissions would be getting stepped on if done that way?.....this area/montco especially, seems to be very busy with fire radio traffic and i was just wondering the best bank set up which will allow the least amount of stepped on transmissions as well as let me hear all that i can at a given time.

Fire regions 1, 2, 3, and 4 are all transmitted on the West system. 3, 4, 5, and 6 are all transmitted on the East system. 3 and 4 are cross over regions that border on the East and West systems that's why they come across both systems. There's not really too much you can do with the regions to break them up. I would just put the East regions in the east bank, and the west in the west bank. You could set up your scanner to allow each region to operate individually. That way you could turn off whichever regions you wanted to at any given time. Whatever works best for you.
