Could some one help me, I'm looking for he "Tone Out" freqency for Edmonton Fire I'm trying to program my 396T for Tone Out. thanks

I don't believe that the BCD396T can use the fire tone-out feature on trunked systems.

Correct - Fire Tone-Out is only good on conventional frequencies. The tones you hear before a call on Edmonton's trunk are just noisemakers designed to catch your attention - there's nothing to be gained from "decoding" them, even for FTO purposes.
