Since we are on a P25 System with Fire/EMS paging on its own TG, anyone know if its possible to Tone Out on a TG?

On a Uniden scanner with FTO - no. They will only decode on a conventional frequency, not on a trunked system.

However Unication G-series will decode tones on a P25 system.

Some agencies saved a few bucks when they went to a trunked system by maintaining their current systems and dedicating them to alert paging, using their existing pagers. When you buy a batch of pagers for 150 people it gets expensive. But 33.90 MHz, an analogue frequency, has no problem broadcasting audible tones. You just need to add a tone generator.

His county has multiple FD/EMS analouge frequencies listed, so my guess is they are simulcasting the dispatch TG. That's precisely what other counties in that state were doing several years ago, and I assume still are.

That's what my department did, so they didn't need to purchase lots of Unication pagers.

The Minitors still work on the VHF frequency for tone out only.
