Fire tone out info for east side Cleveland, Oh suburbs

Anyone have tone out information for the east side cleveland suburbs, like south euclid, richmond heights, etc?

Primary fire station alerting is over an IP network, not monitorable with a scanner with dispatch audio simulcast on the trunk system

There's a backup alert system on 453.500 that uses two tone sequential signaling, but it only gets used if the IP system is down. There's an 8 PM daily test of the backup system but they only use the 'all call' tone, not the individual fire station tones.
