Does anyone know or can obtain Wallington FD tone valves, info, etc. ??? I would as my comms guy but i feel like everyones gonna think im nuts lol

What is a tone Valve? I have heard of water valves, air valves and the like. But never heard of tone valves.

I think he means tone values. If you have a legitimate reason to have them, ask your communications officer.
