Interesting air-to-air comms on 123.650 this evening between Firebird (N352FB) and a civil-registered PC-12 (N812GS). Both originated from Deer Valley.
Both were holding in a 360 pattern near Ben Avery Shooting Facility and then started downtown toward Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Caught: "OK, we're done here if the VIPs are happy, we'll start back downtown and give you a call."
And: "We'll have to coordinate to get in, all I see is a long line coming in from California."
While both are circling the west edge of PHX, at 8:21 PM: "OK, our guy is on the ground." Still have both aircraft circling but no further air-to-air comms.
