Firmware and database update

If somebody could please help me I got a bcd436hp radio a few days ago I have been trying to update it through the Sentinel software I have everything connected correctly and I keep getting an error message I have asked a few other people and unfortunately they could not help me I'm hoping somebody can help me on here I have attached a copy of the error message I keep getting thank you in advance

Need to explain your internet connections.
