I have tried everything to update my firmware to 3.01 I currently have 1.20 in the radio. I registered and entered serial numbers and all that stuff. The problem is that when I go to upgrade to 2.0.03 I keep getting error messages that say com port, remove batteries, hold lo/6 etc. Also at times I get a message that says this is not a BC product. I have tried everything to resolve the problem. I'm pissed, tired, and ready to buy radio shack scanners. Any help would be appreciated.
