Oh thats not good. Lets hope someone jumps in here that can help you out. While you are waiting for that, have you tried downloading it again and trying it a second time?

I reloaded it and updated it also. just took patients!

volume level

when i updated the new firmware. it seems the volume isnt as loud. i notice i have to turn the scanner up more than previous.is it me?

The low-end of the volume control range was modified to add smaller volume steps(as requested by many, many users).
