Ok - those in the Omaha/Lincoln and surrounding areas..

We have several of the First Wireless system(s) in the DB. I am starting to hear of conflicting information on which is what, what site belongs to which flavor, if not if its actually one large system and its being duplicated/triplicated, etc, as well as the old systems.

First Wireless/First Digital I am told is actually the same company, so we might have just have some miscommunication, or maybe not.

So if we can get a consensus on what is truly out there, we can make the necessary adjustments, if needed.

Thanks

I show First Wireless (holding many licenses as First Digital Holdings) operating a MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus single site in Omaha (Douglas County), and a separate MOTOTRBO Connect Plus wide area system in Omaha (Douglas), Lincoln (Lancaster), and Wichita, KS. (see: Two-way Radio Wide Area Coverage Maps First Wireless, Inc., Nebraska and Kansas)

I have recorded the following information for the systems:
Capacity Plus
Single Site (Douglas County) - LCN 01 462.0375 LCN 02 463.3125 LCN 03 463.5625
This appears to be used for clients specifically in the Omaha metro area. I have not seen it paired with a site in Lincoln, as currently reflected. The affiliation with Sarpy County appears to be because Papillion Sanitation - a private company - uses the system.

Connect Plus
Site 1 (Lancaster County) - LCN 01 461.5125 LCN 02 461.9375 and LCN 03 451.475
Site 2 (Douglas County) - LCN 01 451.9125 LCN 02 452.2875 LCN 03 452.3625 LCN 04 451.9875 LCN 05 452.2125 LCN 06 452.4375 LCN 07 451.8625.
Site 3 (Kansas) - Unknown LCN Order

I have not heard any traffic or seen activity on the 3 LTR systems (Omaha East/West and wide-area) listed in Douglas County in at least five years. The OCCP TGs are now on ORION. I assume they are deprecated and the local clients moved to the Cap+ system and the wide-area clients moved to the Con+ system.
