FirstEnergy Site 1.46 Damascus

Anyone know the status of site 1.46? Nothing on the 3 freqs listed in the RR DB except site 1.193's CC on 153.095 --

That site was just built a couple of weeks ago, but it looks like all of the antennas are up. I haven't seen anyone working on it since then. I will check and see if I can raise anything on those freqs.
