Contacted “Support” and received this response. I stated in my contact that I was using Pro so I suppose hitting the generic reply button is supposed to be support.
FYI, I allowed my device, iPad 7, to completely discharge overnight. Upon connecting it to the charger this morning it powered up after several minutes. I brought up the Pro app and it has not dropped out once. Now at 845:10 but I’m afraid to close the app in fear it may start dropping out again, lol. YMMV
