FLAGLER COUNTY PD?

Can anyone provide some information why my whistler trx-1 cannot recieve any police comunication.
The only thing I recieve is Fire communication.
I've tried everything, adding Frequencies , talk groups and Dont hear anything!
any help will be appreciated.

well, you could listen to putman and volusia counties for now...

All LEO is ENC been like that since it went p25. You should able to hear everything else on the system.

Unfortunately, all Law Enforcement in Flagler is now Encrypted, ever since they went P25 a few years back. You can tell this because of the trailing "E" in the mode section indicating that it's fully encrypted. If you also hover over the mode field on the DB it tells you this.
