Joel (and all),

As Frank linked to the HRSP in his response, be sure to check out the site for trunking and TG info for all cities. Since I have taken over the page, I've assembled a team of "page editors" (Frank is one) whose mission is to keep the HRSP as up to date as possible. As of now, all Hampton Roads cities have been updated, including the combined York Co/James City Co/Williamsburg system. All motorola systems in the area are now type II; no more type I or hybrid systems . If anyone has info on new freqs/talk groups in the region please let me or the city page editor know!

All the scanners I have default to type 2 and NO fleet map needs to be programmed. Correct me if Im wrong but you should be ok with just the freqs and id's

Unless I'm wrong, you are right ;) . Type II's (like va beach) do not need fleet maps entered. Just program as a type II, enter control channels and talk groups and you should be good to go.
