Fleetnet Corrections & 17xxx

I have been running Unitrunker on the Charlton (Hamilton) site for the past week. So far nothing has popped up on 39584 or 39840 for the Hamilton DC but 39600 and 39616 have popped up.

39600 has popped up with 9 hits all from 1 RID, 41622
39616 has popped up with 6 hits with RIDs 39619, 39747 & 39857

No other corrections TG's have shown up. I am wondering if the other 2 TG's are no longer used by Hamilton and were replaced by these 2?

Also 17328 was showing up as a patch for a few days to 1OPS15 (Norfolk 6O) and today the patch is now on 17344. And 1OPS15 is not patched to anything else.

39600 popped up on the London site back in August and I've had sporadic activity on it up to and including today. I've seen multiple RIDs but very few transmissions. Usually just radios coming and going.....

Strange.. I will have to give it a listen and see if I hear anything.

I also saw 18032 has come up as well with only 1 hit, RID 18078. Not sure if this was patched or not.

17008 been active this morning with enc traffic.. The last time anyone posted about this as on here was back in 2010/11.. RID's 16964/16970/16977/16978/16980/16986/16991 where seen on this TG.

But it looks like this one is most likely part of the Ministry Of Finance as I see that these RIDs have also been active on the other 3 MOF talkgroups already listed. All of these RID's are in the same 169xxx RID range of the other MOF RID's. So far RID's in the 19664-16997 range I have logged have been on MOF talkgroups.

Edit: Just noticed TG's 17024 & 17040 just got 1 hit in the last couple minutes each from the same RID 16988 which also has appeared on the other MOF tg's.

18032 was active yesterday morning for a couple of hours with encrypted traffic.. RIDs 18062, 18063, 18070, 18078, 18080, 18084 & 18100 & 18064 had 1 hit that afternoon. I can't pull up the RID for some reason but I remember looking yesterday and seeing it as a 180xx ID as well. I have no idea who these are.. so far they always stayed in this range of TG's. Maybe another Ministry?

17216 & 17232 had activity yesterday as well with one 1 hit.. with RID 16997 which has shown up on the other MOF TG's. Speaking of the MOF with these 2 TG's that I saw I am wondering is the 173xx TG's that are always patched to the OPP also part of the MOF. When they are patched they seem to be patched to 1OPS15 (Norfolk), 1OPS06 (Haldimand) and recently 1OPS35 (Southern Georgian Bay).
