It sounded like talk groups or towers were patched/link during the recent standoff in Petawawa. During the evening, I could hear them from picton on 2tac02, then it would go dead silent all night. Would hear them again the following evening. Was thinking it was conditions, but I could still hear Hawkesbury units through the day.
