Fleetnet system 2 connect tone

I know some tower sites have their own tones but I was wondering what the system connect tone is?

On a Smartzone system, each tower has it's own individual connect tone. This is to minimize interference between towers sharing the same voice channels.

There is no system connect tone.

Thanks Mike so only zone 1 had a connect tone for the system and some sites in zone 1 have their own CT,s and some have none and so in zone 2 they do not use a system connect tone just on the sites is this right?

No, Zone 1 doesn't have a system connect tone either. If there's something in that field, then it's a mistake.

Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 all work the same way. Each site has a connect tone and there is no system wide connect tone.

If a site doesn't have a connect tone listed, it's because nobody has submitted it. Since connect tones have no relevance to scanning, it's not really a problem.
