The entry here - FleetTalk (DC-Area Connect Plus) Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies has Site 6 as 495.9875 but I've had a CC on 496.4135 that I've been listening to with DSDPlus that DMRDecode logs as Connect Plus Control Channel SLCO=10 Network: 119 Site: 6. References have been made to Frederick, Rockville, I-270 and the Toll House (located in Frederick). The CC freq must have been changed since the entry in the DB was made. Anyone else been listening to Site 6 to id the location?
