flight for life, tyler texas

i recently heard that flight for life was switching to passport frequencies. does anyone know of any other frequencies they use. i know they are affiliated with careflite out of dallas/ft. worth. i have heard them on 900mhz, 800mhz and 450 mhz frequencies on my scanner.
