I went to a general avaiation airport and at the fixed base operator they had charts for sale. I bought a high altitude chart and on it was the intersections and found it easy to track a flight and have a better idea about where it was.

Specifically, what you want are Low Altitude Enroute Charts & High Altitude Enroute Charts.

They can be ordered from Sporty's Pilot Shop and their service is excellent. http://sportys.com is their website.
