A Flood Emergency has been issued for Escambia County Florida due to the heavy rains they had. Several roads are washed out and power is out in several places. Residents had to be cut out of their homes via escaping from the roof. A large part of Scenic Highway has been washed away. The train tracks in Pensacola are damaged as well. Travel is not advised in the area.
