Flooding in Topeka

EVENT 1- Rossville Flood operations (Cross Creek Command)
EVENT 2- North Topeka Flood operations (Soldier Creek Command)
EVENT 3- Air to ground communications with Topeka PD and KHP Helos to Command Posts
They are in the midst of trying to evacuate the nursing home in Rossville now but AMR ambulances are reporting they can not get to it due to high water. May use helos or national guard trucks to get folks out.
Also, reporting that the Solider Creek levee has breached near Button Road in North Topeka. Flooding on Soldier Creek is highest ever recorded (previous record set during the big flood of 1951).
