Here we go again, Flooding of Passaic and Pomton Rivers for SECOND time this month in Essex, Passaic and Morris Counties. Areas hit previously are expected to be hit hard again. NWS expects rivers to crest between 8 PM EDT Tue 3/30 through 8 PM Thurs 4/1 EDT.
